BOOKING POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Please read the guidelines below before booking.

The service location is sent in your confirmation email (in-home studio).

Booking retainers are $20 and are non-refundable. Your retainer will be deducted from the price of the service and the remaining balance will be due upon arrival at your scheduled appointment. Remaining amount due can be paid via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Please come to your appointment with a fresh, clean face.

There is a 10 minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be

charged for the full amount of the service.

No Call/No Shows will be banned from further bookings and charged for the full amount of the service.

No guests are allowed unless they are also being serviced due to limited space (In-home studio based).
